Breakthroughs in Vietnam’s foreign policy have enhanced the confidence and prestige of Vietnam in international friends and partners. Gaston Fiorda, an expert on Southeast Asian affairs for the Argentine national radio station, made the remark in an interview with Vietnam News Agency in Buenos Aires.
Fiorda emphasised that anywhere in the world, Vietnam always creates serious, clear, frank, sincere, open and friendly relationships. From such a consistent stance and policy, Vietnam has established win-win partnerships with the world's leading powers.
