Historical places recall capital’s Liberation Day 67 years ago

The capital city of Hanoi was liberated from the French colonial rule on October 10, 1954. Over the past 67 years, the Party organisation, authority and people of Hanoi have so far been proactive, creative to build an increasingly prosperous, civilised and modern capital city.

Photos of endemic birds in Vietnam on display

A photo exhibition featuring the life of endemic birds in Vietnam, particularly red-crowned cranes, has been introduced in Hanoi. Entitled “Moment of Nature”, the exhibition is aimed at delivering a message of protecting the natural environment.

Majestic nature of Dak Nong province

Dak Nong Geopark in the Central Highlands province of the same name covers an area of more than 4,700 km2, stretching over six of the eight districts of the province with 65 sites of natural heritage, geomorphology, including craters, volcanic caves and waterfalls.
