Hanoi (VNA) – Lao Minister of Foreign Affairs Saleumxay Kommasith has sent a letter of congratulations to Bui Thanh Son on his appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam.

Son, who is a member of the Party Central Committee in the 12th and 13th tenures and member of the 14th-term and 15th-term National Assembly, was approved to be Minister of Foreign Affairs by the legislature on July 28./.
