cable letters of congratulations to National Assembly (NA) Chairman Vuong Dinh
Hue on his election as the top leader of the Vietnamese legislature.
NA Chairman Hue received congratulations from Speaker of the

Parliament of Finland Anu Vehvilainen, Turkey's Parliament Speaker Mustafa
