Hanoi (VNA) – The 12th Party Central Committee (PCC) had a plenary session on May 12 morning as part of its 12th plenum, deliberating personnel issues. 

The committee reviewed the personnel work of the 12th PCC and looked into personnel plan for the 13th tenure.
 
It looked back at the allocation of numbers of delegates attending the 10th, 11th and 12th National Party Congresses, and put forth criteria, structure and number of delegates to the upcoming 13th National Party Congress along with allocation plan. 

Tran Quoc Vuong, Politburo member and permanent member of the PCC’s Secretariat presided over the session. 

In the afternoon, the committee discussed in groups the plan on directions of the general election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2021-2016 term./.
