Hanoi (VNA) – Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on January 11 sent a message of congratulations to Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte over his re-election as Prime Minister of the Netherlands for the fourth tenure and establishment of a new Cabinet.

The same day, Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son also extended his congratulation to Wopke Hoekstra, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Netherland./.
