Prime Minister to join legislature’s Q&A session

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will give further explanations for issues raised at the Q&A session on November 12, and answer queries of National Assembly deputies, wrapping up two and a half days of Q&A in the second sitting of the 15th legislature, which is scheduled to conclude on November 13.

Hanoi (VNA) – Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will give further explanations for issues raised at the Q&A session on November 12, and answer queries of National Assembly deputies, wrapping up two and a half days of Q&A in the second sitting of the 15th legislature, which is scheduled to conclude on November 13.

On November 12 morning, legislators continued to raise questions on planning work and investment, focusing on policies and solutions to spur economic recovery and development in the new situation, and support and remove difficulties facing enterprises, cooperatives and household businesses, along with priority investment solutions in disadvantaged areas.

They also wanted to know more about how to speed up the disbursement of public investment and official development assistance (ODA), and the pace of implementation of national key projects, among others.

In the afternoon, the deputies will vote on a resolution on economic restructuring for 2021-2025, a resolution on socio-economic development plan for 2022 and another on the organisation of online trials, the law amending and supplementing a number of the Law on Statistics and the law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Criminal Procedure Code./.
