Finishing five minutes of taking off and landing using complicated skills learned previously, the trainees were just as happy as if it was their first time.
The instructors also feel proud seeing them master the skills needed to handle problems and successfully finish the course.
Strict in training, but understanding their students’ characters and giving appropriate lectures … This is the motto of the pilot instructors, since the initial strict training helps the trainees be successful in the future.
