Nguyen Xuan Phuc has lauded the Ministry of Public Security for ensuring absolute safety for the 13th National Party Congress, and the elections
of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People’s Councils at
Speaking at a conference in Hanoi on June 21 reviewing the
ministry’s work, the President affirmed that the public security forces fulfilled the
