Vietnam Airlines listed among top 50 leading brands

Forbes Vietnam has recently named national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines among its list of top 50 leading Vietnamese brands.

The local airline ranked 19th in the list after recording a brand value of 114.1 million USD.

This recognition comes after Vietnam Airlines retained its strong position as a leading national brand according to rankings devised by UK-based market research firm YouGov, despite the impact of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

The airline was also honoured as the "Best Customer Experience Brand in Vietnam" by KPMG, named as the "World's Leading Cultural Airlines" and the "World's Leading Airlines for Premium Economy class" by World Travel Awards.

Most notably, for the first time ever Vietnam Airlines was also among the top 10 most valuable brands nationwide according to a survey by Campaign Asia-Pacific, an organisation specialising in national brand communication, in co-operation with market research company Nielsen./.
