Nguyen Thi Hoang Van,
deputy head of the Party Central Committee's Commission for External Relations,
on December 1 and 2 held meetings with leaders of the United Russia Party (URP), the Communist
Party of the Russian Federation (KPRF) and the A Just Russia – For the Truth party.
During the meetings, which took place in the framework of the official
