12th Congress of Army’s Party Organisation opens in Hanoi

The 12th Congress of the Party Organisation of the Vietnam People's Army (VPA) for the 2025–2030 tenure opened on September 30 morning in Hanoi. Party General Secretary To Lam, Secretary of the Central Military Commission, attended the event.
