Hanoi (VNA) – The National Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has predicted generally favourable weather conditions during the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, scheduled to take place in Hanoi from January 19 to 25.
In the capital, from January 18 to 20, weather conditions are expected to be dry, with light fog in the early morning, sunshine during the day, and cold conditions at night and in the morning.
From the late afternoon and night of January 20 to 22, rainfall is forecast under the influence of the Northeast monsoon.
From January 21 to 25, cold weather will prevail, with some areas experiencing severe cold. Nighttime low temperatures are expected to range from 12 to 15 degrees Celsius, while daytime highs will be around 16-19 degrees Celsius./.
