Hanoi residents look towards Party Congress

In celebration of the 14th National Party Congress, the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly, and elections to People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term, residents across Hanoi have been actively carrying out general clean-ups and decorating streets and alleys with flags and flowers. These activities have created a cheerful, uplifting atmosphere, while also helping to raise public awareness of the significance of the 14th National Party Congress – a major political event for the country in 2026.
