Ho Van Nien assigned as Secretary of Quang Ngai provincial Party Committee

Nien affirmed his commitment to continuously strengthen political resolve, uphold ethical standards, maintain exemplary conduct, and dedicate himself wholeheartedly to the overall development of the province.

Quang Ngai (VNA) - Ho Van Nien, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Standing Board of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Ethnic and Religious Affairs and Permanent Deputy Minister of Ethnic and Religious Affairs has been assigned to join the Party Committee and Standing Board of the central province of Quang Ngai, and hold the position of Secretary of the provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 tenure.

According to the Politburo’s decision announced at a ceremony in Quang Ngai on October 2, Nien was also assigned to join the Party Committee of Military Region 5.

Addressing the ceremony, Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Chairman of its Organisation Commission, affirmed that Nien’s new role as Secretary of the Quang Ngai Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term reflects the Politburo’s trust and recognition of his capabilities. With his experience, competence, and expertise, the Politburo believes Nien will excel in fulfilling his duties.

The Politburo also asked all members of the provincial Party Committee and its Standing Board, as well as provincial leaders at all levels to continue promoting solidarity, support, and create favourable conditions for Nien to successfully carry out his tasks. The highest priority is to foster solidarity and strive to further develop Quang Ngai province vigorously in the coming years.

For his part, Nien said this assignment is both great honour and heavy responsibility before the Party, the Government, and people of the province.
