Resolution 22 on National Security Strategy sets out six guiding principles

General Secretary and State President To Lam, on behalf of the Party Central Committee, signed Resolution No. 22-NQ/TW on the National Security Strategy. The resolution states that national security protection is under the Party’s absolute and direct leadership in all aspects and the State’s unified management. It is a key and regular task of the entire Party, the people and the armed forces.
