Cooperation between the communist parties of Vietnam and France has significantly contributed to the nations’ strategic partnership and connected their peoples, stated Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh while receiving Fabien Roussel, National Secretary of the French Communist Party, on November 4.
Vietnam wants to further enhance the traditional, trusted and strategic partnership with France – a leading partner of Vietnam in Europe, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said on June 14.
Vietnam and France have enjoyed positive strides in their relations, especially in defence, over the years, thereby strengthening the strategic partnership, Minister of Defence Sen. Lt. Gen. Phan Van Giang has said.
The Presidents of Vietnam and France underlined the importance of further strengthening the cooperative framework between the two countries to respond to global issues and regional challenges, during their phone talks on May 11.
