The fifth National Press Awards on Party Building, called “Bua Liem Vang” (Golden Hammer & Sickle), will be presented at a ceremony in Hanoi on January 13.
The 12th-tenure Party Central Committee (PCC) reached high consensus on personnel work related to the 13th tenure Politburo and PCC Secretariat during the 14th session, which concluded on December 18 morning after nearly five working days, two days ahead of schedule.
The personnel work must be well prepared from all-level Party congresses in order to facilitate the 13th National Party Congress, said Party General Secretary and State President Nguyen Phu Trong on March 19.
